Currently a Junior studying Computer Science planning to graduate in May 2020.
I have recently finished an iOS Software Engineering internship at Arbormoon Software, and I am also an incoming
Software Engineering Intern at Facebook for the summer of 2019.
I have had experience in full stack web development, mobile development, and game development, and I thrive
on the experience of facing new challenges and the process of overcoming them. No matter the task, I make
sure to give maximum effort in order to learn, teach, and succeed. I greatly enjoy coding for hours being 'wired in',
as well as the collaboration of people from multiple cultural backgrounds in order to achieve a goal.
I believe that optimal work is done not by enforcing uniformity, but by unity through diversity.
It is from all the different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives that often the best solution presents itself.
Will start working at Menlo Park, California in May 2019.
- Developed an iOS app using multiple libraries and frameworks such as CoreLocation, Firebase/Firestore, CoreBluetooth, and others to detect employees moving in and out of the office. Additionally enables user to manipulate doors in the office. Back-end all done in NodeJS.
- Worked with multiple iOS and Android developers to create world-class, native applications for various clients.
- Member of a small team that managed and improved a dual iOS/Android application called LaserFox using Scrum/Agile development methodology with weekly sprints.
- Personally identified inefficient and non-user friendly interfaces and game play and rebuilt the framework to provide a user friendly and visually pleasing performance.
- Implemented unit tests to debug different ideas, as well as developing a new feature to allow player to customize their appearance. (C#, Unity)
LaserFox Website
- Fully dynamic just like Instagram, enabling users to login with a random salt + SHA-512 password encryption, create accounts, create posts, make comments and likes.
- Managed sprints and deadlines in a three-person group. Personally implemented majority of API calls as well as choosing the UI.
- Created through Flask, ReactJS, Python, HTML, CSS, SQLite3, and deployed with Amazon Web Services, Gunicorn, and Nginx.
- Used different tools such as Aircrack-ng and Nmap in order to expose network vulnerabilities with legal permission to identify passwords, port numbers, and other vital information.
- Implemented SQL injection, Cross-site Scripting, and Cross-site Request Forgery attacks to steal a user's search history and user info.
- Implemented with Python, Javascript, and Bash.
- Created a mobile role-playing, space-shooter dating sim in Xcode in a five member team.
- Personally created the entire space-shooter portion and event-driven gameplay.
- Created through Swift and Xcode. Despite being the first time touching Swift and iOS, learned quickly and applied the knowledge to finish the game.

In my free time, I dedicate myselves towards hobbies and practices which not only improve my physical health,
but also increase my time management skills and concentration.
I have a passion towards working out and lifting weights as well as breakdancing. Both involve extreme dedication.
With bodybuilding, it truly is a battle against one's body and mind and being able to push the body past its limit
and sculpt it as I desire is truly a satisfying experience. As for dancing, it is the constant struggle of showcasing
my own individuality and creativity while simultaneously being clean, refined, and dynamic.
I actively serve in my church and truly it is a significant part of my life. While I may not have
the time to go again, my two mission trips to Haiti and the Dominican Republic have been the defining
moments in my life as we had fellowship, slept with, and served the locals there in the bateys.
I am always willing to share what the experience was
like to anyone who asks.
No matter what I do, I make sure to do it all for the glory of God!
